KW GLOBAL SOLUTIONS
KW Global Solutions (KWGS) was founded in 2017 because our founder realized that, though there are a lot of individuals and companies that provide NetSuite services, clients were continually failing to get their needs met by either solutions and recommendations that are not most efficient/effective, less than desirable client service, lack of timely responses, not having a central point of contact that stays with them throughout the engagement, sub par solutions whose downstream effects are not fully considered, or consultants that just are not providing the best for their clients.
KWGS has a goal to provide clients with outstanding solutions and excellent client service. Clients stay with and refer others because they are so happy with the quality of solutions, level of support, expertise of the resources and altogether enjoy working the KWGS team. KWGS specializes in NetSuite OneWorld implementations and optimizations, and provides NetSuite and Coupa functional and technical support services. Our team includes both functional and technical consultants with expertise across multiple business areas, industries and modules. Below are some of the specialties and certifications on our team.
OUR FOUNDER
Kawanna Watkins has over 23 years of experience in consulting and corporate finance. She has deep expertise in NetSuite and has been leading NetSuite implementation, optimization and support projects for over 14 years.
She has worked with clients to transition global entities to the NetSuite platform and identify areas of focus to maximize use of the tool and develop more efficient processes. She has led various types of NetSuite engagements across varying industries including (but not limited to) technology, manufacturing, cybersecurity, financial services, medical supply, research and SAAS companies.
Her team provides services for all areas of the NetSuite lifecycle (including ongoing NetSuite and Coupa Support) and have consistently received feedback from clients highlighting the outstanding solutions and delivery provided.
